L’huile de foie de morue est l’un des aliments les plus concentrés en EPA et DHA ; 1 seule cuillère à café (5 ml) concentre 600mg de DHA et 400 mg de EPA pour seulement 42kCal.

Môller’s a été fondée en 1854 par le pharmacien norvégien Peter Môller animé par la volonté de procurer à la population norvégienne des produits sains et naturels qui contribueraient à l’amélioration de sa santé.

Il y a plus d’un siècle, Möller’s obtenait le statut « d’huile médicinale » pour son huile de foie de morue.

Avant cette innovation, l’huile de foie de morue ne pouvait être mélangée à d’autres aliments à cause de son goût prononcé, et nos aînés devaient alors l’ingérer seule. L’on comprend alors leur dégoût : l’odeur de poisson au petit matin et la texture huileuse de la potion !

Désormais, l’huile de foie de morue accompagne simplement des recettes savoureuses de tous les jours, en remplacement d’une partie d’une autre huile.

Il est donc facile de l’incorporer à une vinaigrette, une mayonnaise, une sauce tomate, une soupe froide, un fromage blanc ou tout autre laitage.

L’exigence du goût de Môller’s a été récompensée par l’obtention de I’« Award du Goût Supérieur » décerné selon les critères de goût, d’odeur et de texture en 2025.
